Delivery
On successful completion of an order we will package the item and arrange delivery as soon as possible. Where possible items are sent out same day. Higher value items will require a signature on delivery. Our website manages our stock levels so items visible should be in stock however there may be occasions when an item ordered is out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Wrong Size Bought
If you buy an item and it is the wrong size we will exchange it for the correct size if returned within 30 days of receipt. You will need to cover the return postage to us. We will pay for the postage to send out the replacement to you. The item returned needs to be in as-new condition otherwise the exchange will be rejected.

Returns (Mail Order Only – Non Faulty Items)
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the funds within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of you buying it we will offer an exchange / refund. Our items are quality products and each is inspected before being put up for sale so incidents of faults are rare. Faults caused by your dog chewing, scratching or otherwise damaging the item will not qualify for a refund / replacement.
